REFUND & RESHIP POLICY
- We track your shipment to ensure it arrives at your doorstep. We will give you a 100% refund if your shipment does not arrive within 30-45 days.
- Due to the nature of the products, we cannot accept RETURNS.
- If your shipment arrives damaged or expired, we will refund you 100% of its price. Simply take a picture or video of unboxing the package of the damaged item and share with us.
- Within 48 hours of claiming the shipment (parcel Delivered) and no damages or expired reported, it shall no longer be refundable.
- We will NOT provide any refunds if it seems the product has been used or tampered with before taking a picture of the damaged item.
- If you have any doubts about your order and you plan to cancel it, be sure to contact with us without a delay. In case your order has been actually sent out (Shipped) or delivered to you, we will not be able to make a refund.
- Should you want us to reship a shipment instead of handing you a refund, that may be requested and we shall cover its shipping costs.
- If you ordered multiple items and only one or a few of the items arrived damaged, we shall offer a refund for the damaged items. Its shipping fee, however, will not be reimbursed.
- If only part of your shipment arrived and the others did not, the items which did not arrive will be refunded, except the shipping fee.
- We are not responsible for import duty and taxes into your country. These charges are your responsibility as the customer. If an order is returned due to unpaid taxes and duty, we will refund as per our Refund Policy minus shipping costs we have incurred.
- There is no reship or refund if your package is returned by the post of your country due to wrong shipping address (please check your shipping address carefully), you were not able to accept the package at your address for whatever reason or were not able to pick up the package from your local sorting office.
What is your refund policy?
In case you haven’t received your order (like in case it has been sent internationally and hasn’t passed customs) in lasts 30-45 days. You have to take pictures of the issue and share with us. After verify the issue, we will refund the full amount.
What is your reship policy?
Although we have a very high success rate of delivery (close to 100 %), there still is a slight chance of customs seizure. It does not depend on us. The issue is that about 99% of packages in the US, UK and other countries go through customs control without strict control. Around 10% packages have more detailed control and these parcels may be seized. Statistics are that 1 – 5 parcels of 1000 are seized. In case it happens: we reship for free.
In case, the shipping hasn’t been delivered due to a wrong shipping address, we reship for full cost only, as we don’t receive these shipments back. Please, check your shipping address provided carefully!
Note – There is a possibility that an order will not be delivered, and a client should agree to take all the risks. In such cases we do not reship orders and do not pay refunds.

When do you decide that the order should be reshipped?
Depends on the situation with deliveries in general. At the moment we start considering reship possibility if the order wasn’t delivered within 30-45 days from the moment of shipping.
